Lahore: Fast bowler Wahab Riaz’s participation in the eighth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) has been questioned.
According to details, Wahab Riaz is likely to take oath as caretaker minister of Punjab on February 12 and Governor Punjab Balighur Rehman will administer oath to him after which the fast bowler will take a decision regarding his participation in the 8th edition of PSL. mood
Sources say that the Punjab government has contacted Wahab Riaz and invited him to take the oath of guardian of the provincial minister on the evening of February 12 at the Governor House Lahore and his close circles say that the guardian of sports minister will take oath and It will be difficult for the fast bowler to represent Peshawar Zalmi after a busy schedule.
Sources say there are many matters in the ministry that will require his immediate attention while Wahab Riaz’s permission to play also depends on the decision of the caretaker Chief Minister Punjab, but it seems unlikely.
